1) pre-heat oven to 400F (205C).
2) put mushrooms on lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes.
3) unstick mushrooms from tray and cook 12 minutes more.
4) Peel two onions and puree with the cooked mushrooms then put in large mixing bowl along with water and soy sauce.
5) Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
6) Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, not the other way around.
7) Kneed a few minutes till well mixed
8) Divide in two and roll each into a log using aluminum foil.
9) Bake for 90 minutes at 325F (165C)
